Biography of  Lola Brothers

Published 2003

Pat Hadlee – daughter of Lola Brothers – says in an extracts from the New Zealand Woman’s Weekly article Dec 13, 2004:

“My mother’s had a very exotic life and it was important to get it down in writing. Now I have a book that all of the family can read.

“The biography also explains a lot about the person she is today. She’s very self-reliant and very determined. Now I understand why.”

Pat believes talking about your life for a biography can be a healing experience. “It brings out hidden memories. We should all do a biography, if only for a sense of closure and resolution.”
